Rooms spacious with large balconies. Immaculate cleanliness in bathrooms stood out .
Breakfast options were limited, with only one type of cheese and two types of salami. Towels in the room were thin and worn, which detracted from overall comfort. Some food items at breakfast ran out quickly and were not refilled in a timely manner.

The hotel is very near to the Swimming poor of the spring, just 1 minute walking! Very good place! The hotel is quite and clean, the menu dinner is very good and worth to taste. The buffet breakfast is good for the 3 stars hotel. Worth to recommand!
The elevator may has a little bit noise in the night.

Good or Bad? Let me explain
The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were very helpful. Our room was clean and modern!
The air conditioning struggled to cool the room. We also faced issues with the limited parking options, requiring street parking which was inconvenient.

Extremely helpful staff spent a lot of time during check-in, giving me everything from walking directions to restaurants choices to carrying my bags and even to how the tv worked. Great deal found on Booked.net for a double (under 50 euros). Breakfast in the terrace was great with many hot choices (ham, bacon, eggs), yogurt, pastries, and mini pizza slices. Room was comfortable. Definitely worth stay
Parking was a bit difficult during arrival but not the hotel's fault

The breakfast buffet had excellent variety, and the staff were helpful, even preparing an early coffee and pastry before our early departure.

A wonderful stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. Very modern decor and do check out the glass tiled multi-headed shower with mood lighting choices. Staff is fantastic and the breakfast is very good with lots of choices. It is the best hotel we stayed at during this road trip and would not hesitate to recommend.

Hotel Montebello gave me a nicely furnished, very clean single room of reasonable size that opened on to a large private balcony overlooking a garden on the other side of the quiet street. The bathroom was very clean, with plenty of hot water and the latest bathroom fittings. Breakfast served in a pleasant dining room, was better than average for a hotel of this class. The staff at this hotel are exceptional in every way and among the best I have ever encountered in a hotel. The rate for thie room was the lowest I have had in years for a hotel of this class. Many hotel guests choose to eat the evening meal in the hotel because it is of high quality and reasonably priced.

Position of the Hotel - very central to everything - we just parked up the car and walked everywhere. The fantastic, friendly and helpful staff on reception - especially the "night porter" who introduced me to "latte machiattes" - when I needed my coffee fix and the daytime receptionist who went out of her way and greatly exceeded our expectations to be helpful. The room - whilst it could have been more modern it was perfect - we had a balcony with a pleasant view. The bathroom was a good size with plenty of room to move about. The breakfasts - a fantastic selection of food including the cakes which were as light as a feather. Very clean Hotel.
Coffee machine at breakfast - would have preferred coffee to have been served, even if a machine was used in the kitchen. Only 1 spare pillow - both myself and my wife use 2 pillows.

The location of the hotel was very convinient - you could easily go to Florence, Pisa, etc. The restaurant was very good - they served 3 course dinner for 18 eur, which was surprisingly delicious. The hotel staff was very friendly.
Our room was facing the street and was a little noisy. The room was small and the tiles does not provide comfort.

Stayed in this nice hotel for 3 nights which is in a great location to visit the Thermal Spas and explore cities like Florence, Lucca, and Pisa. Good-sized room with a comfortable double bed and a chaise lounge. The air conditioning was the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Many nice restaurants nearby.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
